Au sein d'un foyer d'accueil, vous contribuerez, en forfait jours, à l'accompagnement éducatif et social des personnes accueillies - Vous élaborerez et mettrez en œuvre des projets personnalisés avec l'équipe pluridisciplinaire - Vous favoriserez l'autonomie, l'inclusion et le maintien des liens sociaux des personnes accompagnées - Vous assurerez le suivi des actions éducatives et les transmissions nécessaires à la continuité de l'accompagnement

- Salaire: 16 euros/heure

- Vous détenez le Diplôme d'État d'Éducateur Spécialisé
- Vous justifiez d'au moins deux années d'expérience auprès de publics accompagnés
- Vous maîtrisez l'élaboration et le suivi des projets éducatifs individualisés
- Vous faites preuve d'autonomie, d'écoute et d'adaptabilité dans un cadre au forfait jours
