Au sein d'un établissement médico-social, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel pour préserver la santé, l'autonomie et la qualité de vie des personnes accompagnées
- Vous dispenserez des soins préventifs et curatifs adaptés aux besoins de chaque personne
- Vous assurerez la surveillance clinique et transmettrez les informations utiles à la continuité des soins
- Vous contribuerez activement à l'éducation à la santé des personnes accompagnées et de leur entourage
- Vous participerez à l'élaboration et au suivi des projets de soins individualisés
- Vous collaborerez étroitement avec l'équipe pluridisciplinaire pour garantir un accompagnement humain et cohérent
