**Recruiter** **Responsabilità**: - Coordinare i colloqui finali con i clienti e fornire un supporto attivo nel processo decisionale;
- Costruire e mantenere relazioni con i clienti, comprendendo le loro esigenze di personale e offrendo soluzioni di reclutamento mirate; **Requisiti**: - Almeno due anni di esperienza come Recruiter nel settore delle agenzie per il lavoro o delle risorse umane;
- Conoscenza approfondita delle tecniche di reclutamento e delle migliori pratiche nel settore;
- Eccellenti competenze comunicative e capacità di negoziazione;
- Orientamento al risultato e capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo;
- Laurea in risorse umane, psicologia o campo correlato (preferenziale). **Offerta**: - RAL commisurata all'esperienza e sulle competenze;
