Aufgaben
- Media Buying & Budget Scaling: Du baust hochprofitable Account-Strukturen auf, steuerst hohe Monatsbudgets zielgerichtet und maximierst die Erfolgs-KPIs.
- Deep Testing & Analytics: Du setzt strukturierte A/B-Testing-Frameworks für Targeting, Bidding sowie Formate auf und wertest KPIs messerscharf aus.
- Account-Optimierung: Du überwachst bestehende Kampagnen-Setups kontinuierlich, erkennst Skalierungsbremsen sofort und steuerst datenbasiert gegen.
- Strategische Kundenberatung: Du steuerst Performance-Projekte eigenverantwortlich, berätst Kunden tiefgehend und entwickelst skalierbare Paid-Social-Roadmaps.
- Insights: Du übersetzt komplexe Analytics-Daten in klare, verständliche Handlungsempfehlungen und Strategien für deine Kunden ✨
Qualifikation
- Agentur-Track-Record: Du bringst mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Performance Marketing auf Agenturseite mit und hast bereits hohe Budgets nachweislich skaliert.
- Media-Buying-Exzellenz: Du beherrschst die gängigen Social-Ads-Plattformen im Schlaf und kennst die neuesten Bidding- und Tracking-Mechanismen.
- Funnel- & Budget-Erfahrung: Du hast bereits hohe fünf- bis sechsstellige Monatsbudgets für E-Commerce- und Lead-Gen-Funnel erfolgreich skaliert.
- Strategie- & Data-Mindset: Du denkst in komplexen Funnel-Strukturen, liebst strukturiertes Testing und die tiefgehende Datenanalyse im Dashboard.
- Sprachskills: Du besitzt perfekte Deutschkenntnisse und sprichst gutes Englisch.
