Dies machen wir für kleine und mittelständische Unternehmen, zusätzlich bieten wir das auch deren privaten Haushalten an und stehen für Innovation, Qualität und nachhaltige Partnerschaften. Unsere Klienten sind Unternehmen und Privatpersonen, die auf unsere maßgeschneiderten Lösungen vertrauen.
Sie suchen ausschließlich für unser Unternehmen (J.Poppe &Partner) Personal. Für die bestehenden Büros und digitalen Büros (Remote). Wir sind keine Zeitarbeitsfirma o.ä. und verleihen Personal.
Aufgaben
- Offene Stellen mit perfekten Kandidaten besetzen
- Auseinandersetzung mit Personalmarketing, Personalentwicklung
- Formulieren von Stellenanzeigen,
- Pre-Screening
- Führung von Vorstellungsgesprächen
- Onlineausschreibungen
- Social-Media-Recruiting
Qualifikation
- Sie dürfen auch Quereinsteiger sein.
- Wichtig: Sie haben ein Wohnsitz oder Zweitwohnsitz in Deutschland
- Sie haben eine funktionsfähige Internetverbindung (30 Mbit).
Benefits
- Ab 8 – 15 Std. / Woche
- monatlicher Verdienst 530 €uro – 1.650 €uro je nach Qualifikation
- Teilzeit, Vollzeit und Selbstständig (z.B.: Virtuelle Assistenz) möglich und das Einkommen wird entsprechend angepasst.
