We're looking for a customer-focused Banking Adviser to join our Virtual Banking team on a 12-month secondment. This is an exciting opportunity to deepen your advice-led banking expertise, expand your customer engagement skills in a virtual environment, and gain exposure to a growing area of the business.

You'll work with customers across New Zealand, building meaningful relationships through digital channels and helping them achieve their financial goals through personalised advice and support.
Working alongside a supportive and highly engaged team, you'll develop your ability to have broader needs-based conversations, strengthen your virtual relationship management skills, and contribute to delivering exceptional customer outcomes, while gaining valuable experience in a modern banking environment where collaboration, customer advocacy, and continuous improvement are at the heart of what we do.
