ARNE’s vision has always been to redefine what every day experiences feel like. Every space we create embodies our ‘less is more’ approach, understated yet elevated, blending minimal, high-quality products with environments that are anything but average. With ARNE Bites, we’re bringing that same philosophy into our café space, setting a new standard where exceptional design, accessible pricing, and meaningful customer moments come together.
Following the hugely successful launch of our flagship store in Liverpool ONE, we are excited to grow our ARNE Bites team and are looking for a Café Assistant/ Barista to help deliver a hospitality experience that reflects who we are. - Assist in maintaining and updating the ARNE bites menu offerings by providing feedback on products and collaborating with suppliers when needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, taking orders accurately, and resolving minor issues promptly.
- Build warm, friendly relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and enhance the café’s reputation.
About You:
- Previous experience working within a Café Assistant / Barista role.
- Excellent understanding of café operations, from customer service skills to food preparation.
- Passion for delivering high-quality food, beverages, and service.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
