Grünfläche oder Pflanzenoase – in der Gartenberatung blühst du so richtig auf. Nichts macht dir mehr Spaß, als für Kund:innen Gartenträume zu realisieren. Du kennst unser Sortiment und findest für jeden noch so individuellen Gartenwunsch eine passende Lösung. Du bringst Gärten zum Wachsen. Worauf wartest du noch, wenn auch deine Karriere neu aufblühen soll?
Ihre Aufgaben:- Du gehst aktiv auf Kund:innen zu und glänzt durch dein Fachwissen.
- Du pflegst die Pflanzen in der Abteilung und präsentierst sie ansprechend.
- Du zeichnest Preise aus, baust Werbeware auf und sorgst für einen guten Überblick.
- Du trägst dazu bei, dass jeder Besuch im Gartenparadies zum Einkaufserlebnis wird.
Alles machbar, wenn
- du eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung wie z. B. Einzelhandelskaufmann/-frau oder Gärnter:in hast - das ist von Vorteil.
- du im besten Fall Erfahrung in der Baumarktbranche mitbringst.
- du ein echtes Verkaufstalent bist und beeindruckende Fachkenntnisse hast.
- du kommunikativ bist und deine Liebe für Pflanzen mit großer Leidenschaft teilst.
Wir bieten ein überkollektivvertragliches Bruttogehalt von € 2.451,- pro Monat auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung. (Mindestgehalt lt. Kollektivvertrag beträgt € 2.251,- brutto pro Monat). Abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
