- Analisi della documentazione di gara collegialmente o individualmente ed in collaborazione con il proprio responsabile per l’eventuale formulazione di richieste di chiarimenti
- Redazione della documentazione per la partecipazione alle gare e reperimento della documentazione esterna
- Partecipazione alle sedute pubbliche per le operazioni di gara
- Conoscere e seguire le procedure per le iscrizioni agli Albi Fornitori ed ai portali telematici della P.A.
- Redazione e gestione della documentazione post gara Requisiti richiesti: - Diploma di scuola superiore e/o laurea in materie giuridiche
- Almeno 2/3 anni di esperienza come Tender Specialist
- Conoscenza della normativa di riferimento (Codice degli appalti 36/2023)
- Conoscenza delle principali piattaforme di e-procurement (Mepa, Sintel, S.tel.la., IntercentER, So.re.Sa, Empulia, ecc.)
- Buone conoscenze degli applicativi dedicati
- Conoscenza degli applicativi Office365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, ecc.) Possiede, inoltre, attenzione al dettaglio e sa gestire efficacemente le risorse ed il tempo.
