Aufgaben
Als Senior Sales Manager (m/w/d) für B2B-Software und ERP verantwortest du den gesamten Vertriebsprozess – vom qualifizierten Lead bis zum Vertragsabschluss. Du entwickelst Opportunities konsequent weiter, steuerst komplexe Sales Cycles und überzeugst Geschäftsführung, IT-Leitung und Fachentscheider vom wirtschaftlichen Nutzen unserer Lösungen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unseren ERP-Consultants, Entwicklern und Produktexperten zusammen und bindest sie gezielt ein, sobald fachliche oder technische Tiefe gefragt ist. Zusätzlich identifizierst du neue Kundenpotenziale, steuerst Pipeline und Forecast eigenverantwortlich und entwickelst unsere Vertriebsprozesse kontinuierlich weiter.
Qualifikation
Das bringst du mit:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb von Software, SaaS, IT oder vergleichbar erklärungsbedürftigen Lösungen
- Nachweisbare Erfolge in Neukundengewinnung, Verhandlung und Abschluss
- Sicherer Umgang mit längeren Sales Cycles und Entscheidern bis zur Geschäftsleitung
- Souveränes, verbindliches Auftreten und ausgeprägte Abschlussorientierung
- Strukturierte Arbeit mit CRM, Pipeline, Forecast und klaren nächsten Schritten
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Freude daran, Verantwortung für Ergebnisse zu übernehmen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der DACH-Region
- ERP-, Warenwirtschafts- oder Produktionssoftware-Know-how ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
