Für eine langfristig angelegte Nachfolgeperspektive suchen wir eine unternehmerisch denkende Führungspersönlichkeit, die zunächst als Technischer Leiter einsteigt und sich perspektivisch in die Geschäftsführung entwickeln möchte.
Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für die technische Organisation und deren Weiterentwicklung
- Führung und Entwicklung eines erfahrenen Teams
- Gestaltung von Strukturen, Prozessen und technischen Zukunftsthemen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung, Kunden und Partnern
- Schrittweise Übernahme weiterer unternehmerischer Verantwortung
- Perspektive auf eine spätere Geschäftsführungsfunktion
Qualifikation
Gesucht wird keine Führungskraft, die sich über Hierarchie definiert, sondern eine Persönlichkeit, die Menschen erreicht und für gemeinsame Ziele gewinnt.

Anforderungen:
- technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium (z. B. Ingenieurwesen, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Führungsposition im technologischen Umfeld, vorzugsweise im Mittelstand
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung technischer Strategien und Lösungen
- Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung interdisziplinärer Teams
- Kennzahlenorientierte Steuerung komplexer Projekte sowie Verantwortung für Planungs-, Budget- und Forecast-Prozesse
- Betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis und ausgeprägtes Kostenbewusstsein
- Erfahrung im Change Management und der Steuerung von Veränderungsprozessen
- Erfahrung im Multi-Projektmanagement sowie in der Koordination externer Partner und Dienstleister
- Tiefgreifendes Verständnis aktueller technologischer Trends und regulatorischer Rahmenbedingungen
- Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
