Unsere Händler haben ihr wyn-Terminal bereits erhalten – nutzen es aber noch nicht aktiv. Für unsere Activation Calls suchen wir eine freundliche und kommunikative Person als Werkstudent.
Du kontaktierst Händler, die ihr Terminal bereits erhalten haben, aber noch nicht aktiv nutzen. Du findest heraus, woran es liegt, unterstützt bei den ersten Schritten und hilfst dabei, dass unsere Händler erfolgreich mit wyn starten.
Aufgaben
- Händler telefonisch kontaktieren, die ihr wyn-Terminal bereits erhalten, aber noch nicht aktiviert bzw. genutzt haben
- In einem kurzen Gespräch herausfinden, woran es liegt
- Bei den ersten Schritten unterstützen und einfache Fragen zum Start beantworten
- Erkennen, wann ein Thema weitere Unterstützung durch das Team benötigt
- Gespräche und relevante Rückmeldungen dokumentieren
- Wiederkehrendes Feedback und mögliche Probleme an das Team weitergeben
- Umfang: ca. 3–5 Anrufe pro Werktag bzw. 15–25 Anrufe pro Woche; insgesamt voraussichtlich ca. 5 Stunden pro Woche
Qualifikation
- Du bist aktuell an einer Hochschule oder Universität immatrikuliert
- Du telefonierst gerne und hast keine Scheu davor, Menschen aktiv anzurufen
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und kannst dich sicher und freundlich am Telefon ausdrücken
- Du kommunizierst offen, freundlich und auf Augenhöhe
- Du gehst gerne auf Menschen zu und hast Spaß daran, unkompliziert weiterzuhelfen
- Du bist zuverlässig, selbstständig und sorgfältig
- Du hast ein gutes Gespür dafür, wann du ein Problem selbst lösen kannst und wann du Unterstützung aus dem Team brauchst
- Vorerfahrung im Kundenservice oder in der Telefonie ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
