Warehouse Supervisor- PM Shift
Amer Sports is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor (PM Shift of 11:30am until 8pm) at our new warehouse in Cranbourne West. The role is responsible for leading PM shift operations across inbound processing, replenishment execution and outbound fulfilment activities.
Your Role:
- Lead PM warehouse operations and achieve service, productivity and safety targets.
- Coach and develop Team Leads and warehouse teams.
- Allocate labour and resources to meet operational demand.
- Monitor shift performance and implement corrective actions where required.
- Ensure replenishment activities are completed to support fulfilment requirements.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and WHS requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects.
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience leading warehouse operations within a high-volume distribution, logistics, retail, or multi-channel fulfilment environment.
- Proven experience leading operational teams and frontline leaders, with a demonstrated ability to build capability, drive accountability, and develop a high-performance culture.
- Strong expertise in operational execution across inbound, replenishment, fulfilment, inventory flow, and labour management activities within a fast-paced distribution environment.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and operational reporting tools to manage service, productivity, and customer outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership style that promotes safety, engagement, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while positively influencing culture and leading change.
