Ausbildung Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d)
Dein Job bei uns:
Von Anfang an bist du mittendrin: Du installierst und betreust unsere eigenen IT-Systeme, kümmerst dich um technische Fragen und findest Lösungen für die Kollegen. Dabei tauchst du in ein modernes Microsoft-Umfeld ein, lernst Datenbanken und Mailserver kennen, richtest Anwendungen ein und konfigurierst spannende Branchenlösungen.
Im Support-Team unterstützt du unsere User direkt – per Telefon oder Fernwartung – und lernst, wie Profis Probleme schnell und zuverlässig lösen. Außerdem erfährst du, wie Schnittstellen zwischen verschiedenen Programmen funktionieren, wie Software-Systeme aktuell gehalten und wie Daten sicher übertragen werden. Dabei arbeitest du sowohl mit von uns installierten Cloud-Systemen als auch mit den von unseren Kunden selbst bereitgestellten Servern.Und das Beste: Unsere Softwarelösungen laufen nicht nur im Büro, sondern auch in den LKWs unserer Kunden – auf tausenden Smartphones, Tablets und anderen Geräten. So bekommst du einen echten Rundumblick über die gesamte IT-Welt: von Beratung und Projektmanagement über Programmierung bis hin zu Installation, Wartung und Support.

Das bringst du mit:
- Du hast deinen Schulabschluss in der Tasche – am besten mit guten Noten in Mathe und/oder Informatik.
- Du hast schon erste Erfahrungen mit Informatik, Netzwerken oder Betriebssystemen gesammelt (Microsoft-Know-how ist ein Plus).
- Du arbeitest gerne eigenständig, bist zielstrebig und möchtest sowohl unsere interne IT als auch unsere Kunden betreuen.
- Du bist kommunikativ, neugierig und hast Lust auf spannende Aufgaben in einem tollen Team.
