Position Overview: The Director, Product Marketing will own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for Diligent Boards, driving positioning, messaging, product launches, market intelligence, sales enablement, pricing and packaging, and customer adoption across key segments and regions.  We are looking for a strategic B2B SaaS product marketer with strong technical aptitude who can translate complex technology into compelling customer value. The ideal candidate has experience in a SAAS technology company. Exposure to product-led growth (PLG) is highly valuable.  You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, AI/Data, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Enablement, Finance, and senior leadership to identify market opportunities, influence product strategy, and bring differentiated technology solutions to market.  This is
