Join us to leverage cutting-edge innovation for impactful results and experience unparalleled support on your journey to success.
About the Role   You’ll play a senior, hands-on role in Kpler’s Graphic Design team, taking creative work from the first spark of an idea through to final delivery. Using graphic design and motion, you’ll bring Kpler’s data, expertise, and stories to life in ways that earn attention, simplify complexity, and leave a lasting impression. From global campaigns and out-of-home activations to events, reports, social content, and digital communications, your work will shape how Kpler shows up in the world. You’ll collaborate closely with Brand Marketing, Data Visualisation, and Product Design, leading high-impact projects and raising the standard of visual communication across the business.
Key Responsibilities

  • Translate complex data into compelling stories: Turn intricate market data and technical business concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives that capture attention and remain memorable.

  • Lead multi-format visual design: Drive ambitious creative work combining graphic design and motion across digital platforms, print, out-of-home (OOH), and event experiences.

  • Inject strong creative vision: Bring a bold point of view to every brief, shaping core strategic ideas rather than just decorating existing concepts.

  • Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate seamlessly with Brand Marketing, Communications, Data Visualisation, and Product Design to ensure alignment with broader business goals.

  • Evolve and champion the brand: Protect Kpler’s visual credibility while continually pushing creative boundaries with fresh ideas and innovative formats.

  • Mentor and elevate the team: Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior and mid-level designers, fostering technical craft and creative confidence.

  • Experience & Background

    • Senior-level design portfolio: A strong portfolio spanning both static and motion design, demonstrating original thinking, strong craft, and end-to-end execution across multiple formats.

    • Advanced technical toolset: Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro) alongside familiarity with Figma.

    • Multi-format campaign expertise: Proven experience developing storyboards, motion systems, and static designs tailored for diverse channels (campaigns, OOH, digital, print, and events).

    • Data & technical storytelling: Demonstrated ability to simplify complex B2B information or data-heavy topics into clear, visually engaging communications.

    • Brand system evolution: Experience working within established brand guidelines while knowing how to push creative boundaries without breaking brand consistency.

    • Nice-to-haves
      • 3D & Advanced Motion Tools: Working knowledge or experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software.

      • Industry Experience: Familiarity with data, technology, commodities, or financial markets.

      • Emerging Creative Tech: Curiosity and practical experience incorporating AI-enabled workflows into creative processes to improve efficiency and exploration.
