Pulverbeschichter, Oberfächenbeschichter, Lakierer
Unser Kunden ein privat geführtes Unternehmen der Oberflächentechnologie (Galvanisch Verzinken, Feuerverzinken, Nasslack) Hat ein neues Werk für die Pulverbeschichtung errichtet. Das Besondere: hier werden 3-dimensionale Teile bis zu 9 Metern Pulverbeschichtet! Das Werk liegt an der Deutschen Grenze in Österreich. Passau, München und der Kurort Bad Füssing sind in erreichbarer Nähe.
Aufgaben
• Selbstständiges Pulverbeschichten von Metallbauteilen nach Qualitätsvorgaben
• Einstellen und Bedienen der Pulverpistolen bzw. Beschichtungsanlagen
• Vorbereitung, Sichtkontrolle und Beurteilung der zu beschichtenden Bauteile
• Kontrolle der Beschichtungsqualität und Erkennen typischer Beschichtungsfehler
• Durchführung von Farb- und Pulverwechseln sowie sorgfältiger Umgang mit Material und Anlagen
• Einhaltung der internen Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Arbeitsvorgaben
Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Pulverbeschichtung ist ideal
• Alternativ: Ausbildung oder fundierte Berufserfahrung als Industrie-, Fahrzeug- oder Lackiertechniker
• Gutes handwerkliches Geschick, saubere und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
• Technisches Verständnis und selbstständiges Arbeiten
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse für die sichere Kommunikation im Produktionsumfeld
• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schicht-Betrieb

Auch sehr gute Industrie- oder Fahrzeuglackierer ohne bisherige Erfahrung in der Pulverbeschichtung sind für uns interessant. Bei passender praktischer Erfahrung und handwerklichem Geschick übernehmen wir die gezielte Einschulung in die Pulverbeschichtung.
