IT-Teamleiter (m/w/d) Interim
Im Auftrag unseres Partnerunternehmens in München suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als „IT-Teamleiter (m/w/d) Interim“.
Aufgaben
- Als IT-Teamleiter (m/w/d) steuern, priorisieren und verteilen Sie IT-Tickets und koordinieren deren Bearbeitung unter Berücksichtigung von Service Level Agreements
- Dabei koordinieren Sie die IT-Support-Mitarbeitenden an verschiedenen Standorten, überwachen Bearbeitungsstände und stellen einen zuverlässigen IT-Service sicher
- Sie unterstützen das Team im IT-Support, insbesondere bei der Einrichtung und Installation von PCs und Laptops, dem Aufbau von Hardware, der Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung sowie beim Netzwerk-Patching
- Sie begleiten IT-Projekte vor Ort, koordinieren technische Aufgaben und unterstützen bei der Einführung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von IT-Lösungen und IT-Infrastrukturen
- Zudem übernehmen Sie die Verwaltung und Kontrolle von IT-Hardware und Materialbeständen, erstellen regelmäßige Reports für die Führungsebene und gewährleisten eine strukturierte Dokumentation
Qualifikationen
- Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d), IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare IT-Qualifikation mit
- Idealerweise verfügen Sie über Berufserfahrung in der Leitung, Koordination und Steuerung von IT-Teams sowie im praktischen IT-Support
- Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen IT-Ticketmanagement, Incident Management, Hardware-Support, PC- und Laptop-Administration, Netzwerk-Support, Troubleshooting und Service-Level-Management
- Auch unter Zeitdruck treffen Sie transparente Entscheidungen, gehen lösungsorientiert mit Eskalationen um und arbeiten selbstständig, strukturiert und verantwortungsbewusst
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab
