Deine Rolle: Strategischer Fokus statt Admin-Chaos
Du arbeitest bei uns strategischer als in klassischen Verwaltungen. Du bist der/die souveräne Ansprechpartner:in für Beiräte, während unsere Struktur dir den administrativen Wahnsinn abnimmt:
Support: Ein Customer Success Team beantwortet Tickets und Standard-Anfragen für dich.
Technik: Ein Instandhaltungs-Team übernimmt die Handwerker-Koordination.
Backoffice: Ein Buchhaltungs-Team hält die Zahlen und Abrechnungen sauber.
AI: Unsere Software automatisiert die Dokumentation und das Daily Business.
Deine Mission
Beirats-Management: Du pflegst die Beziehungen zu den Beiräten und führst deine Gemeinschaften souverän durch das Jahr.
Versammlungsleitung: Du moderierst hybride und digitale Eigentümerversammlungen mit unserer hauseigenen Software.
Innovation: Du bist die Schnittstelle zum Produkt-Team und hilfst uns, die Software so zu bauen, dass sie Verwaltern das Leben rettet.
Wachstum (Optional): Du hast Lust, neue Kunden zu begeistern? Wir honorieren das mit attraktiven Prämien.
Erfahrung: Du bist Profi in der WEG-Verwaltung und kennst die Fallstricke der Branche.
Zertifizierung: Du bist „Zertifizierter Verwalter“ (§ 26a WEG) oder hast eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Ownership: Du hast keine Lust mehr auf „Dienst nach Vorschrift“, sondern willst Prozesse aktiv neu denken.
Kommunikation: Du trittst sicher auf und überzeugst Beiräte durch Kompetenz und Verbindlichkeit.
