Now we're looking for an experienced Digital Learning Manager to lead the design, development and continuous improvement of our digital learning content.
You'll combine hands-on learning design expertise with content strategy, technology, AI and team leadership – helping us continually raise the quality of the learning experience we offer.
If you excel at curating content, love creating brilliant digital learning and have ideas about how technology can make it even better, we'd love to hear from you.

Who We Are
The Supply Chain Sustainability School helps organisations and individuals develop the skills and knowledge needed to build more sustainable businesses and supply chains.
Through digital learning, resources and industry collaboration, we make sustainability learning accessible to thousands of users.
Our content is designed to engage, meet clear learning objectives and evolve alongside industry priorities and learner needs.
The Opportunity
Around half of your focus will be on learning design and content development – refreshing existing eLearning, developing new modules and short-form learning and creating assessments.
You'll also shape content strategy, explore how AI and emerging technologies can improve learning and build stronger capability within the content team.
Alongside this, you'll lead the team, manage key projects, budgets and suppliers and work closely with stakeholders across the School.
What You'll Be Doing
Digital Learning & Content
• Plan and deliver eLearning refresh programmes across four Schools.
• Develop new eLearning modules, short-form learning and assessments using SCORM and Moodle.
• Ensure content is engaging, accessible and aligned with clearly defined learning objectives.
• Deliver filming projects and support different learning formats.
• Oversee third-party content LMS testing and hosting.
• Refresh the UK School's resource library and establish annual content programmes for the School's app.
• Manage external eLearning contractors and content quality.
Content Strategy & Innovation
• Create and maintain content strategies and quality standards across the Schools.
• Apply Universal Design for Learning principles across content and delivery.
• Explore how modern learning technologies can improve the learner experience.
• Champion AI within learning development and content creation, helping the team prompt, direct and evaluate AI-generated content for quality, accessibility and accuracy.
• Contribute to wider business planning alongside Leadership Groups.
People, Projects & Stakeholders
• Lead, coach and develop the content team, building greater capability in-house.
• Manage content development and refresh budgets.
• Act as the main content team contact for key stakeholders.
• Work closely with Product colleagues, with Product owning the platform and Content owning learning design and content quality.
• Build strong collaborative relationships to ensure platform capability and learning content work effectively together.
About You
You're an experienced digital learning professional who still enjoys being close to the content.
You may have developed your career through digital learning and eLearning, or perhaps started from an editorial, managing editor or production editor background before moving increasingly into learning design.
Either way, you understand the combination of structure, creativity, technology and learner insight required to turn information into effective digital learning.
You'll likely bring:
• Strong experience in digital learning design, eLearning development and learning content production.
• Hands-on knowledge of SCORM, Moodle or comparable learning technologies.
• A genuine passion for sustainability and the role learning can play in creating positive change.
• Experience setting content strategies, learning objectives and quality standards.
• Strong understanding of accessibility and Universal Design for Learning principles.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing a team.
• Project management experience covering budgets, suppliers and delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• An editorial eye for quality, structure, accuracy and engaging content.
• Experience or genuine interest in AI-assisted content generation and editing, including prompt design and evaluating output quality.
• The ability to balance hands-on delivery with longer-term content strategy and team development.
