Who we are

We're Future, a global leader in specialist media. Our people bring our trusted brands to life, helping millions of people discover expert content that informs, inspires, and drives action. As a pioneering multiplatform media powerhouse, we provide expert content and technology that build valuable communities across all channels.

What you'll do

We are seeking a highly organised, delivery-focused Senior Producer with a strong background in a creative agency or publisher environment and a keen eye for visual detail.

This role will be dedicated to working on Wallpaper* magazine’s in-house creative agency projects. You will lead end-to-end production across co-branded and white-label content for the globe’s most discerning luxury brands. Living at the intersection of design, architecture, fashion, and lifestyle, we collaborate with the finest external creative minds in photography, design, writing, styling, and film to produce work of unparalleled quality.

You will work across a mix of fully produced (original creative) projects spanning print, video, digital, events, and experiential media, alongside occasional productions utilising supplied partner assets.

This is a highly collaborative, hands-on, and client-facing operational role. You will work closely with the Bespoke Director, Senior Project Manager, creative teams, and commercial leads to drive projects from brief through execution, balancing creative ambition, tight deadlines, client expectations, and budget parameters. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced content environments and has a proven track record of managing cross-functional, multi-format production pipelines.

Please note: This is an operational, logistical, and execution-focused role, not a creative ideation or concepting role. In this role, you will be the core operational facilitator for the creative and commercial teams, translating high-level concepts into seamlessly executed campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

360° Production Management & Logistics:

  • Produce 360° branded content campaigns end-to-end, seamlessly coordinating video, stills, print, and event production so every asset is delivered on brief, on time, and on budget.
  • Manage day-to-day production logistics - including scheduling, call sheets, crew and vendor coordination, location scouting, permits, and travel.
  • Act as the main on-the-ground production lead on shoots and live events, problem-solving in real time to keep production moving smoothly.
  • Coordinate post-production workflows and asset delivery, ensuring video edits, retouched stills, and event recap content are delivered to technical spec and on schedule.
  • Interface directly with external luxury brand partners, agency clients, and publishing stakeholders to present production plans, manage review cycles, and control scope creep while protecting margin targets.
  • Partner closely with creative and commercial teams to translate briefs into practical and actionable plans.
  • Brief, negotiate with, and manage external freelancers, film crews, event teams, artist agents, and vendors for each format, ensuring quality and consistency across the entire campaign.

Art Buying & Talent Curation:

  • Oversee art buying for campaigns, proactively suggesting and curating top-tier directors, photographers, stylists, set designers, and specialised creative talent tailored to each brief and budget.
  • Leverage and continuously expand a "black book" of high-caliber external contacts, crews, and vendors operating at the pinnacle of luxury, fashion, design, and lifestyle.

Budget Scoping, Tracking & Risk Management:

  • Scope creative concepts against budget early in the process - assessing what is realistically achievable within resource and cost constraints, and flagging adjustments early so productions are properly costed before moving forward.
  • Track campaign budgets in real time, managing invoicing, talent licensing, usage rights, and reconciling spend across video, stills, and event production.
  • Manage timelines across multiple concurrent campaigns, keeping internal and external stakeholders updated on status and mitigating risks early.

What you’ll bring

  • You are a master of logistics, operations, and production detail, with an extensive network and a deep respect for visual aesthetics and editorial standards. You understand how to translate ambitious creative concepts into concrete, executable plans without compromising quality.
  • You possess 4+ years of hands-on production and art buying experience within an advertising agency, creative agency, or media publisher, with a portfolio of multi-format campaigns (stills, video, print, and live events/experiential).
  • You bring a "black book" of creative talent, directors, photographers, stylists, and production crews, alongside a strong understanding of artist representation, fee negotiation, usage rights, and talent licensing.
  • You have an in-depth understanding of physical photo/video shoot logistics, location permitting, digital asset specs, and event production workflows.
  • You are financially literate and comfortable scoping, managing, and reconciling complex, multi-asset campaign budgets in real time.
  • You thrive under pressure in a fast-paced publisher or agency environment, equipped with exceptional communication, negotiation, and real-time problem-solving skills on set, on site, and in the office.

What we offer

  • Uncapped leave
  • Enhanced parental leave
  • Discounted rates with Dental care and Private Medical care
  • When we hit our targets, enjoy a share of our profits with a bonus
  • Refer a friend scheme - with payment following the successful hire.
  • Well-being support with access to our Colleague Assistant Programmes
  • Opportunity to purchase shares in Future, with our Share Incentive Plan
  • Salary sacrifice Pension scheme up to 5% match
  • Free drinks and snacks in our offices

The expected range for this role is £3,000 - £50,000

This is a hybrid role, working three days per week from our London Paddington office.
