Bei HWS verbinden wir Wirtschaftsprüfung und Steuerberatung mit dem Anspruch, mittelständische Unternehmen nicht nur fachlich exzellent, sondern auch zukunftsfähig zu begleiten. Dafür entwickeln wir eine eigene KI-Plattform mit spezialisierten KI-Agenten und Skills, die unsere Teams im Kanzleialltag konkret unterstützen – etwa bei der Aufbereitung von Daten, der Qualitätssicherung, der Recherche und der Erstellung strukturierter Arbeitsergebnisse.
Dafür suchen wir Sie: neugierig, technisch versiert und mit Freude daran, aus guten Ideen hilfreiche KI-Anwendungen zu entwickeln – gerne auch vollständig remote.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie konzipieren, entwickeln und optimieren KI-Agenten und spezialisierte Skills für interne Arbeitsabläufe.
- Sie übersetzen Anforderungen aus der Steuerberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung und Unternehmensberatung in klare und robuste KI-Workflows.
- Sie formulieren und optimieren Prompts, Entscheidungslogiken und strukturierte Fragebögen.
- Sie testen Ergebnisse systematisch, erkennen Fehlerbilder und entwickeln unsere Qualitätsstandards weiter.
- Sie unterstützen bei der Anbindung und Nutzung von Datenquellen und Tools, beispielsweise DATEV-Exporte, Tabellen, Dokumente oder interne Wissensbestände.
- Sie dokumentieren Lösungen verständlich und sorgen dafür, dass Kolleginnen und Kollegen diese sicher anwenden können.
- Sie verfolgen neue Entwicklungen rund um KI-Agenten, Large Language Models und Automatisierung und bringen geeignete Ideen pragmatisch in die Umsetzung.
Ihr Profil
- Sie studieren Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science, Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Digital- oder Technologieschwerpunkt oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.
- Sie verfügen über ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für künstliche Intelligenz, insbesondere für Large Language Models, Prompt Engineering oder agentische Workflows.
- Idealerweise bringen Sie erste praktische Erfahrungen mit Python, APIs, Datenaufbereitung, Automatisierung oder Vibe Coding mit.
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert, denken analytisch und geben sich nicht mit einer Antwort zufrieden, nur weil diese überzeugend klingt.
- Sie können komplexe Themen verständlich erklären und arbeiten gerne mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen zusammen.
- Vorkenntnisse in der Steuerberatung, im Rechnungswesen oder im Umgang mit DATEV sind willkommen, aber kein Muss – Ihr Interesse und Ihre Lernbereitschaft zählen.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.
