Stage - Talent Acquisition Retail Europe H/F
Rattaché.e à la Retail HR Manager, et en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe RH et les équipes Retail terrain, vous intervenez sur les différentes étapes du recrutement pour les fonctions Retail réparties dans nos points de vente européens.
Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
Travailler en collaboration avec les différents points de vente sur les process de recrutement : brief manager, mode de sourcing, …
Assurer la sélection des candidatures et leur suivi, planifier et mener les entretiens, évaluer les candidats sur les volets techniques et comportementaux dans le respect des valeurs d’AMI Paris, et restituer aux différents interlocuteurs impliqués
Assurer le reporting de votre activité
Constituer les dossiers administratifs des candidats embauchés et le suivi de leur bonne l’intégration
Vous êtes en formation supérieure en Ressources Humaines (Master 1 ou 2)
Vous bénéficiez d’une première expérience RH (stage/alternance) en recrutement dans une Maison de Luxe
Vous êtes organisé.e, rigoureux.se et méthodique, et êtes connu.e pour vos compétences relationnelles, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
Vous êtes curieux.se et aimez évoluer dans un environnement où l’on vous permet d’être force de proposition.
Vous avez une bonne connaissance des outils informatiques et digitaux.
Vous avez un sens de la discrétion sans faille.
Anglais courant nécessaire.
Vous êtes passionné.e par le recrutement et la détection de talents.
Stage de 6 mois conventionné par un établissement reconnu par l’Etat uniquement, à pourvoir en SEPTEMBRE 2026
