Pourquoi ce rôle est important
Dans un contexte de projets clients de plus en plus complexes sur les sujets logiciels, nous renforçons notre équipe avec un Senior Software Integration Engineer basé à Lille. Vous prendrez le leadership des développements software des fonctionnalités spécifiques sur les projets de déploiement, structurerez le suivi, coordonnerez et prendrez part aux développements, ferez le lien entre les clients et les autres équipes du projet.
Vos missions
- Piloter les développements software des fonctionnalités spécifiques sur les projets de déploiement client, de la spécification jusqu’au transfert aux équipes Opérations.
- Élaborer et partager des rapports d'avancement logiciel avec l'équipe projet, en mettant en évidence les risques et les opportunités
- Piloter et animer des ateliers d'analyse fonctionnelle pour cerner les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions logicielles
- Rédiger les spécifications logicielles pour les développements
- Organiser, contribuer et suivre les développements des programmes et des interfaces logicielles entre le WES d'Exotec, le WMS du Client et les équipements
- Encadrer les Software Integration Engineers durant la phase de développement des projets
- Superviser les tests, les simulations et les campagnes d'intégration
- Assurer la transmission des fonctionnalités développées aux équipes opérationnelles
- Apporter un soutien aux équipes opérationnelles lors des installations chez les clients
- Participer à l'amélioration continue du service
Requirements
- Diplôme d’ingénieur, Master ou formation équivalente.
- Environ 5 ans d’expérience, incluant de la coordination de développements logiciels, de l’intégration software, de la gestion de projet technique ou des responsabilités similaires.
- Une expérience ou une forte appétence pour les environnements WMS/WES, automatisation d’entrepôt, systèmes logistiques ou logiciels industriels.
- Un bon niveau d’anglais pour évoluer dans un contexte international et client-facing.
- Une pensée structurée, une forte capacité d’analyse et une aisance à gérer des sujets conceptuellement complexes.
- Un excellent sens de la collaboration, avec la capacité de créer de la confiance, d’expliquer les contraintes et de coordonner plusieurs parties prenantes.
