Exotec connaît une forte croissance et notre infrastructure réseau doit évoluer pour accompagner ce changement. Nous renforçons la sécurité, la performance et la stabilité de nos sites logistiques tout en optimisant les coûts. En parallèle, nous accélérons notre adoption du cloud.
Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons un Senior Network R&D Engineer pour nos équipes R&D, qui conçoivent et développent les infrastructures réseau permettant le fonctionnement de nos systèmes robotiques en entrepôt.
- Concevoir des solutions réseau robustes et fiables pour des environnements complexes
- Piloter la conception et l’évolution de l’infrastructure réseau en lien avec la roadmap
- Proposer des améliorations et des solutions innovantes pour optimiser performance et sécurité
- Automatiser la gestion réseau et promouvoir les bonnes pratiques d’ingénierie
- Anticiper les risques et arbitrer les décisions techniques critiques
- Accompagner les équipes projet : support technique, allocation des tâches, détection des besoins
- Être l’interface technique clé avec les équipes internes, partenaires et fournisseurs
- Produire des livrables de qualité (spécifications, documentation, formations)
- Contribuer à la veille technologique et à la simplification des architectures

Profil
- Expérience confirmée en infrastructures réseau
- Maîtrise des environnements cloud (AWS idéalement)
- Compétences en automatisation et scripting (Python, Bash, Ansible, Terraform)
- Solides connaissances Linux et conteneurs
- Autonomie, adaptabilité et esprit collaboratif
- Anglais courant (écrit et oral)
