CONTEXTE DE RECRUTEMENT Dans un contexte de forte accélération, nous renforçons notre équipe Talent Acquisition. Le rôle de Talent Acquisition Specialist est clé : vous identifiez les meilleurs potentiels, vous les recrutez et vous les accompagnez jusqu’à leur intégration. Un poste stratégique, polyvalent et fondamental pour la croissance de MARGO. VOS MISSIONS EN TANT QUE TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST Recrutement : Définition des besoins en étroite collaboration avec les Business Manager Développement d’une stratégie de recherche des profils en choisissant les canaux adaptés Chasse et entretien du vivier des candidatures Animation des entretiens d’embauche en autonomie Gestion du processus de recrutement Négociation salariale Intégration : Gestion de l’intégration du collaborateur chez Margo Mise en place de coachings Suivi de l’intégration Gestion de projets RH : Animation des relations écoles : participation aux forums, conférences et ateliers Intervenir sur des projets RH (onboarding, refonte du processus de recrutement, offboarding…) Être Talent Acquisition Specialist chez MARGO c’est aussi faire le choix : De ne pas se cantonner à une seule étape du processus de recrutement De travailler avec différents interlocuteurs De pouvoir évoluer dans en environnement dynamique et challengeant De recruter des profils à forte valeur ajoutée D’une entreprise qui valorise son capital humain L'ÉQUIPE MARGO Vous allez être managé par un Talent Acquisition Manager qui a déjà fait ses preuves sur le métier de recruteur. Son rôle sera de vous accompagner pour vous mettre en succès. Pour se faire il pilotera votre activité à l’aide d’un suivi hebdomadaire personnalisé et la mise en place de KPI pour vous aider à organiser votre temps.
