Seasonal Operator - Charleville

We are currently recruiting for a Seasonal Operator at our Kinisla site in Charleville, Co. Cork.

This is a full-time, seasonal position, with rotating day (08:00-16:00), evening (16:00-00:00), and night (00:00-8:00) shifts. During periods of increased demand, opportunities for overtime and weekend work will be available with increased pay rate. The season lasts from mid-January to November.

 As a Seasonal Operator, you’ll play a key role in our operations, with the chance to work in different areas of our site depending on your skills and training. Any previous experience as a production operative, warehouse operative, forklift operative, line operative or machine operator will be an advantage.

What will I be doing?

  • Working as part of a team in production areas, ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.
  • Operating machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Assisting with quality control checks on ingredients and finished products.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintaining accurate production records.

What do I need to be successful?

  • You will be a dependable team player who is motivated by the ability to add value and by championing collaboration and teamwork.
  • You will show great attention to detail, helping to maintain efficient production processes and high-quality standards.
  • You will have great communication skills, demonstrate fluency in English, and show motivation to learn.
  • Experience in food manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
