Für den weiteren Ausbau unseres jungen, engagierten und innovativen Teams suchen wir dich als Senior Implementation Consultant – Marketing Technology (d/f/m)
Deine Aufgaben
Deine zentralen Aufgaben in dieser Rolle umfassen Consulting, Requirements Engineering und System Implementierungen mit folgenden Todos:
- Verantwortlich für interne Projektkoordination mit dem Projektmanagement und dem Qualitätsmanagement
- Technische Konzeption, Spezifikation und Requirements Engineering derSoftwarelösungen von gateB direkt mit dem Kunden
- Beratung und Betreuung interner und externer Kunden
- Implementation und Konfiguration von Enterprise Systemlösungen im Rahmen von Systemeinführungen und Proof-of-Concepts
- Unterstützung im Sales-Prozess im Rahmen von RFIs und RFPs sowie Erstellung und Präsentation von Sales-Demos
- Sicherstellung einer termin- und budgetgerechten Projektabwicklung
- Schulung und Unterstützung der Kunden in der Anwendung und Pflege der Systeme
Dein Profil
- Kreativ, wissbegierig und einsatzbereit; packst gerne an
- Freude an technischen Themen und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Adobe-Programme
- Affinität für strukturiertes Arbeiten mit Systemlösungen
- Idealerweise bereits spezialisiert in Content- oder Publishing-Lösungen und Erfahrungen mit Aprimo, censhare, Marmind, OrangeLogic oder ähnlichen Systemen
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrungen mit Implementierungen von Digital Asset Management & Workflow-Systemen sowie Web-Content-Management (Web-CMS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Fähigkeit, sich dank schneller Auffassungsgabe rasch in neue Themenfelder einzuarbeiten
- Offene, zugängliche und kontaktorientierte Persönlichkeit
- Leichtes und professionelles Kommunizieren mit Kunden und Lieferanten
- Sichere Präsentationskills
- Freude an der Arbeit im interdisziplinären Umfeld und motiviert, in einem jungen, dynamischen Team mitzuwirken
- Bringst eigene Ideen ein, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und möchtest viel bewegen
- Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung – insbesondere «on the job» auf technisch hochstehenden Systemen
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (mind. Level C1) und gute Englisch Kenntnisse
