Für unser Team bei hey contact heroes suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Junior Teamleiter/in Outbound Telesales (m/w/d). In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die operative Führung eines Vertriebsteams und sorgst gemeinsam mit deinen Mitarbeitenden dafür, dass Ziele nicht nur verfolgt, sondern erreicht werden.
Aufgaben
- Du übernimmst die fachliche und operative Führung eines Outbound-Telesales-Teams
- Du steuerst und entwickelst dein Team anhand relevanter Sales-KPIs und Zielvorgaben
- Du führst regelmäßige Coachings, Feedbackgespräche und Call-Analysen durch
- Du motivierst dein Team und unterstützt deine Mitarbeitenden dabei, ihre vertrieblichen Fähigkeiten kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
- Du erkennst Optimierungspotenziale und leitest entsprechende Maßnahmen ab
- Du stellst eine hohe Qualität, Produktivität und Zielerreichung im Tagesgeschäft sicher
- Du arbeitest eng mit Operations und weiteren internen Ansprechpartnern zusammen
Qualifikation
Wichtig: Für diese Position setzen wir entsprechende Vorerfahrung voraus.
- Mindestens 6 Monate Erfahrung als Teamleiter/in, Coach oder in einer vergleichbaren Führungsfunktion im Sales/Outbound oder mind. 12 Monate Erfahrung als Outbound Agent
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Telesales bzw. telefonischen Vertrieb
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Vertriebskennzahlen und Performance-Steuerung
- Freude daran, Menschen zu führen, zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln
- Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Eigenständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Wohnsitz in Deutschland
