Head of Sales - UK & Ireland
Location: United Kingdom
Territory: UK & Ireland
Department: Sales
Reports to: Regional Head – EMEA
The Opportunity
Netradyne is looking for an accomplished commercial leader to lead our UK & Ireland business and accelerate our growth across the region.
As Head of Sales - UK & Ireland, you will own the sales strategy and commercial performance for the market, with accountability for revenue, ARR, unit growth and market share. You will lead and develop the UK&I sales organisation, build a strong and predictable pipeline, drive new customer acquisition and strategic account growth, and strengthen Netradyne's position within the fleet safety and video telematics market.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role. You will combine strategic market ownership with direct involvement in customers, major opportunities and the development of a high-performing sales organisation.
Working closely with EMEA and global leadership, you will also partner across Marketing, Sales Development, Product, Customer Success, Business Development and Operations to execute Netradyne's growth strategy for the UK and Ireland.
What You'll Do
- Own and deliver the UK & Ireland strategy, achieving revenue, ARR, unit and market-share objectives.
- Build, lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of quota-carrying sales professionals, creating a strong culture of accountability and execution.
- Drive new-logo acquisition, pipeline development and expansion within strategic enterprise accounts.
- Develop a deep understanding of the UK&I fleet, transport, logistics and telematics landscape, identifying priority segments, accounts, partners and emerging growth opportunities.
- Own forecasting and pipeline management, ensuring accurate visibility of performance, opportunities and risks.
- Build executive-level relationships with strategic customers and prospects and take an active role in progressing and winning complex, high-value opportunities.
- Develop strong relationships across the partner ecosystem, industry associations and key market influencers to generate opportunities and strengthen Netradyne's presence in the market.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales Development, Customer Success, Business Development and Operations to ensure an aligned and effective go-to-market approach.
- Drive consistent execution of Netradyne's sales methodology, operating cadence and commercial processes.
- Represent Netradyne externally with customers, partners and at relevant industry events across the UK and Ireland.
What We're Looking For
- Significant B2B enterprise sales experience with 8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including leading complex quota-carrying sales teams.
- A strong track record of delivering against significant commercial targets, ideally with accountability for £/$10M+ ARR or equivalent.
- Demonstrated success in new-logo acquisition, enterprise sales and building sustainable sales pipelines.
- Proven ability to recruit, coach, motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Experience leading complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and senior executive stakeholders.
- Strong commercial discipline across forecasting, pipeline management, account planning and sales execution.
- A strategic but hands-on leadership style, comfortable moving between market strategy, team leadership and direct involvement in critical deals.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, global and matrixed organisation.
- Experience within fleet management, transportation, logistics, telematics, video safety, connected vehicle technology, SaaS or related technology sectors would be highly advantageous.
- Existing relationships and market knowledge within the UK&I fleet, transportation or telematics ecosystem would be an advantage.
Travel
- Regular travel across the United Kingdom and Ireland will be required, with occasional international travel for customer meetings, industry events and internal Netradyne meetings.
