Frontend Team Lead

Wat ga je doen?
Als Team Lead geef je technische richting aan ons frontend engineeringteam en werk je actief mee aan de ontwikkeling van onze producten. Je bewaakt de technische kwaliteit, helpt engineers groeien en zorgt ervoor dat het team effectief samenwerkt met Product, Design, QA en Backend.
Je verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere:
- coachen en begeleiden van engineers;
- bepalen en bewaken van de technische richting en architectuur;
- ontwikkelen en verbeteren van onze applicaties;
- voorbereiden en leiden van refinement en sprint planning;
- bewaken van de sprintvoortgang en technische kwaliteit;
- opstellen van technische documentatie;
- zorgen voor cross-team alignment en het oplossen van technische vraagstukken.
Tech stack
Core frontend stack: Angular, TypeScript, React
Brede engineering omgeving: Python, FastAPI, Django, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, REST API's, Docker, CI/CD en React Native
Je werkt onder andere aan de CropX webapplicatie, GEO en BoerenBunder en werkt nauw samen met collega's die verantwoordelijk zijn voor onze Android-, iOS- en legacy Dacom-applicaties.
Wat breng je mee?
- Ruime ervaring als software engineer en een sterke technische achtergrond.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met het aansturen, begeleiden of coachen van engineers.
- Ervaring met frontend development en een brede interesse in fullstack development.
- Ervaring met Angular/TypeScript en bij voorkeur Python/FastAPI.
- Kennis van softwarearchitectuur en moderne development practices.
- Je neemt ownership, bent besluitvaardig en hebt een can-do mentaliteit.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om mensen en disciplines met elkaar te verbinden.
- Je draagt actief bij aan een positieve en professionele teamcultuur.
