In dieser vielseitigen Rolle übernimmst du Verantwortung für die Fakturierung, das Debitorenmanagement und die kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Abläufe. Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, internen Teams und der Buchhaltung.
Das erwartet Dich
Fakturierung, Mutation und Verbuchung von Abonnementen und Rechnungsvorschlägen
Durchführung des Mahnwesens (schriftlich und telefonisch)
Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen
Schlussabrechnung: Abwicklung von Architekten Schlussabrechnungen
Eröffnung und Mutation von Debitoren und Stammdaten
Verantwortlich für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Arbeitsabläufe in Zusammenarbeit mit der vorgesetzten Stelle
Teamunterstützung: Stellvertretung innerhalb des Teams bei Bedarf
Das bringst Du mit
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erfahrung im Bereich Finanzen und Buchhaltung
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise ERP-Systemen
Hohe Genauigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Freude an der Optimierung von Prozessen
Kommunikationsstärke und kundenorientiertes Denken
Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse, von Vorteil Englisch- und ösischkenntnisse
