Für unsere Abteilung Social Insurance & Absences suchen wir eine aufgestellte und
tatkräftige Person, welche mit uns als Team für die korrekte Abrechnung der Absenzen
und Auszahlung der Taggelder Verantwortung übernehmen möchte. Wir stehen
gemeinsam für ein faires Absenzmanagement
Das erwartet Dich
Korrekte Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Prüfung der Absenzen mit UKA Solution von HRM Systems im Abgleich mit dem firmeninternen Zeiterfassungssystem Time@ISS
Kontrolle der eingehenden Taggelder im Bereich UVG
Anmeldungen von EO Leistungen sowie Kontrolle und Erfassung der Taggelder
Monatliche Verarbeitung der KTG und UVG Taggelder im UKA Solution zur Vorbereitung für die Lohnzahlung
Koordination von Taggeldern, IV Leistungen und PK Renten
Allg. Korrespondenz und Fallabklärungen mit Versicherungen
Ansprechperson für das interne Case Management und die People&Culture Abteilung bei allen Themen im Bereich Sozialversicherungen
Das bringst Du mit
Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Sozialversicherungen oder im Payrollbereich
Weiterbildung im Bereich Sozialversicherungen/Payroll oder Abschluss als HR Fachperson
Vernetztes Denken, Eigeninitiative und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
Kenntnisse mit UKA-Solution und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
Stilsichere Deutsch- und ösischkenntnisse, Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
