We have recovered around £1.5m for ordinary people, and not one penny of it was negotiated by a human lawyer.

Grapple Law is the AI lawyer for people getting beaten by the system.

We are never for businesses.

Only for the individual.

Since we launched a year ago we have reached 6,000 monthly active users, won around £1.5m in settlements negotiated entirely by our AI, and collected roughly 700 Google and Trustpilot reviews that are almost all five stars. One of our clients became the first person in the UK to win her case this way, and the national press covered it.

But not enough people know we exist yet.

Your job is to make sure they do.

We want to reach 20,000 monthly active users. You will own how we get there on social. Not by posting into the void, but by turning genuine client wins, real settlement data and the sharp end of consumer law into content people send to a friend who is going through the same thing.

What you will own

  • The social strategy end to end, organic and paid, and the growth number that goes with it
  • A team of freelance channel specialists you recruit, brief, direct and hold to a standard, so that every platform is run by someone who genuinely understands it
  • Our LinkedIn, personally. It is the channel where our mission, our data and our founder’s voice land hardest, and we do not want it outside of our senior team
  • The story pipeline: working with client success to find the wins to drive content and tell the stories worth telling, and telling them responsibly
  • Influencer and creator partnerships, from identifying the right people to running the collaborations
  • The numbers: Reach, engagement, cost per acquired user, and what you are going to change next week because of them

Where you sit

Alongside our Marketing Manager as a peer, not underneath them. They own the broader marketing engine, you own social. You will work closely together and like any partnership - you will disagree sometimes, which is the point!

The wider team is small: our CEO, two developers, tech support, content, client success and marketing.

Small enough that your work is visible the day it goes live.

The process

We take this seriously, so the process is thorough and it's only fair we tell you what to expect. 4 stages over roughly 4 weeks: a short call, a proper conversation about your career and what you have actually delivered, a practical stage, and a chance to meet the team.

The practical stage is the one to look forward to. We will give you access to real material, our case studies, our user stories, our data, and ask you to show us an idea.

Not a polished campaign deck.

One concept, why it would travel, which platform it belongs on and how you would know if it had worked.

It is the closest thing to the job itself, and it is key for us to understand you and see if you understand us.

We give every interviewed candidate feedback, whatever the outcome.

One more thing

Right now, somewhere, someone is sitting up at midnight typing their problem into Google.

A comfortable place to ask a sensitive question anonymously that never held any hope of actually delivering anything.

In a few minutes they will decide it is not worth the fight, and they could well be wrong, because we could have won it for them for a fraction of what they think it costs.

They just have not heard of us yet.

Help us be heard.

Help us make a difference.

  • Evidence that you have grown a brand’s social presence and can show the numbers behind it, in whatever form that proof takes
  • Experience running organic and paid together, not one at the expense of the other
  • A track record of directing other people’s output, whether that is freelancers, an agency or an in-house team
  • Fluency in what actually works on each platform, and the honesty to say when something has stopped working
  • Hands-on with analytics, and comfortable being critiqued on them
  • Comfortable using agentic AI tools in your own work already, and can tell us what you have built or automated with them
  • Sound judgement with real people’s stories. Our clients are often at a low point when they come to us and their dignity matters more than a viral post

Helpful, not essential: B2C growth, legal or professional services, mission-driven organisations, and management experience.

£45,000 to £55,000. Fully remote, with a London office available whenever you want people around you. Genuinely flexible hours. A team that cares about creativity, health and wellbeing, and a product that is driven to improve everyday people's access to legal justice.
