Account Executive (graduate)
Finder is looking for a highly organised, detail obsessed graduate to join our London crew. This position is laser-focused on running our marketing and content partnerships flawlessly day to day: keeping campaigns on schedule, keeping partners informed, managing compliance signoffs, communicating commercial opportunities and keeping the reporting straight. We want someone who takes genuine pride in things being done properly, on time, and without loose ends.
You'll be supporting the accounts of some of the biggest names in the industry, think Revolut, Monzo, Barclays and Lloyds, making sure everything we've promised them actually happens.
This role is a great entry point into the fast paced world of fintech and digital marketing. You'll receive handson mentorship while owning real deliverables from day one, building the account management, commercial and operational foundations a career in partnerships is built on. No prior industry experience is required, just the aptitude and attitude to learn quickly.
The Mission: Operational Excellence
The goal is simple: nothing gets missed, nothing gets late, and nothing goes out wrong. You will be the engine room of our partnerships team, responsible for:
- Account Management: Acting as a reliable, responsive first point of contact for partners, keeping them updated proactively rather than waiting to be chased, so every commitment we make is tracked, met and communicated.
- Project Management: Coordinating the setup, mock ups, production, feedback, signoff, and go live of partner campaigns, ensuring 100% accuracy and timely delivery.
- Reporting & Analysis: Checking dashboard numbers and reports. Identify issues and research opportunities.
- Account Development: Creating and sending upsell decks to existing partners.
- Site Maintenance: ensuing logos, rates and other product data is updated promptly.
- Process & Housekeeping: Keeping project plans, trackers, compliance, and account records accurate and current, and spotting the small errors before they become expensive ones.
We aren't looking for years of experience; we're looking for organisation, curiosity, and attitude. This role is perfect for a recent graduate, or someone in their first role, who wants to build a career in partnerships, digital media, or fintech.
- Exceptionally Organised: You can hold a dozen moving parts in the air without dropping one. You plan ahead, keep your own todo list honest, and hit deadlines because you set them earlier than you needed to.
- Forensic Attention to Detail: You notice the wrong date, the broken link, the number that doesn't reconcile. You check your work before someone else has to, and "roughly right" makes you uncomfortable.
- A Natural Communicator: You write clearly and concisely, you reply promptly, and you can explain a delay or a discrepancy to a partner without hiding behind jargon.
- Relationship Builder: You're the person people enjoy dealing with. You build trust with partners and colleagues by being consistent, straight with them, and easy to work with, and you know when to escalate rather than sit on a problem.
- Comfortable With Numbers: You can work confidently in a spreadsheet, follow a report through to a total that balances, and spot when something looks off. Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets is expected; anything beyond that is a bonus.
- Self-starter: You don't wait to be told a deadline is approaching. You keep your own tracker, chase what you need, and take ownership of the outcome.
- Up to 38 days leave (25 holiday + five life leave + 8 public)
- Cool office next to Bermondsey Village, discounts at local businesses
- Free daily lunch (Just Eat), breakfast, fruit, snacks and coffee
- Regular socials, regular pizza and beer nights
- Free tennis booking at local courts & yoga Wednesday
- Private medical cover with Vitality Health
- Enhanced Parental Leave
- Pension contributions are calculated on the base entire salary
- Flexible training plus regular in-house masterclasses
- Workstation including Aeron Chair, 27-inch screen and Macbook Pro
5 days per week will be office based, flexible working possible as career progresses.
