Customer Services Representative

Great customer service isn't just answering the phone. It's knowing your customers, understanding what they need and making things happen.
We're looking for a confident, capable and naturally curious Customer Services person who can learn the technical side of our business, build genuine relationships with customers and become someone they know they can rely on.
You'll be at the centre of our customer relationships, working closely with customers and internal teams to keep things moving. You'll be juggling customers, orders, questions and deadlines, so you'll need to be organised, resilient and comfortable working under pressure. Most importantly, you'll take ownership, follow things through and make sure our customers get what they need.
Who are we looking for?
We're not necessarily looking for someone who already knows our industry. We're looking for someone who learns quickly, asks questions and wants to know how things work.
You'll be someone who:
- Learns fast – able to absorb technical and complex information and confidently put it into practice
- Builds relationships – naturally connects with people and genuinely cares about understanding your customers
- Thinks commercially – looks beyond the immediate request to find ways to add value
- Takes ownership – follows things through and gets things done
- Thrives under pressure – can manage competing priorities without dropping the ball
- Communicates confidently – builds trust with customers and colleagues and isn't afraid to ask questions
- Is accurate and organised – keeps on top of the detail while managing a busy workload
- Is a great team player – positive, practical and brings a good sense of humour
Previous customer service or customer-facing experience is an advantage, but your attitude, ability to learn and ability to build relationships are just as important to us.
