Director, Global System Integrators (GSI)
Rubrik has partnered with the world’s leading Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) to develop successful, profitable outcomes for our joint customers and our respective companies.
We are seeking a Director, GSI to serve as a high-impact, strategic Individual Contributor. In this principal-level role, you will be responsible for managing, scaling, and driving unprecedented growth with select Global Systems Integrators. As a senior executive-level partner manager, you will bring a masterful track record of managing Global GSI partnerships, with a deep focus on business development, enablement, complex cost models, financial selling, and high-stakes business negotiations.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling a global partnership with the named GSI, with deep expertise across their Managed Service Provider (MSP) business units worldwide — including a track record of co-selling, joint pipeline development, and revenue growth across multiple theatres.
- Proven ability to own, cultivate, and navigate C-suite and global executive relationships, driving alignment on long-term strategic goals and mutual growth priorities at the highest levels of both organizations.
- Experienced in structuring and leading global Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that track performance metrics, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and strategic alignment across regions and business units.
- Deep expertise in driving the global design, adoption, and commercialization of embedded solutions and integrated service offerings within the GSI's broader portfolio and go-to-market motion, across all theatres.
- Ability to establish high-value executive engagement from day one at a global level — leveraging existing relationships and credibility to accelerate time-to-impact across regions.
- Serve as the primary global business development driver for new logo acquisition and pipeline generation — acting as the central conduit between Rubrik's global field sales organization and the GSI's worldwide partner ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to accelerate partner adoption of Rubrik's product solutions at scale, translating global technical enablement into pipeline velocity and bookings growth across multiple regions.
- Skilled at articulating and presenting the combined Rubrik and GSI value proposition to global stakeholders, executive leadership, and customers, including at global executive briefings and industry events.
- Exemplary relationship management skills, with a consistent ability to build lasting, mutually valuable partnerships across GSI global leadership, Rubrik's regional field sales teams, and channel leadership.
- Experienced in identifying the GSI's global top accounts and high-potential customers, executing structured interlocks with Rubrik's regional sales organizations for opportunity registration and co-sell alignment worldwide.
- Strong command of the GSI's global sales processes and deal mechanics, including path-to-contract workflows across regions, enabling accurate global forecasting and disciplined pipeline management.
