We are looking for a <strong>Senior Data Analyst</strong> to join our Financial Health squad who are focused on supporting customers in financial difficulty.&nbsp;</p> <p>As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll be working in collaboration with Product, Data Science and Analytical Engineering peers on data-driven insights and initiatives. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst with hands-on experience who can bring fresh thinking and new ways to inspire the team and our customers.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll be working on:</strong></p> <p>As a Senior Data Analyst you will partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists in an agile product environment. You’ll champion the use of data and bring ideas to life through a rigorous analytical approach. We aim to create a genuine feel-good factor when it comes to personal credit, and are looking for driven, analytical and creative individuals to help us achieve this goal.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Your day-to-day:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Generate insights that can drive the direction of our Financial Health strategy through proactive analysis</li> <li>Bring data-driven rigour to our approach to product development and build a strategic understanding of the business while structuring complex projects to bring them to life</li> <li>Work and advise on Financial Health’s global expansion strategy</li> <li>Develop and maintain Looker dashboards, reports and metrics that assess business and customer outcomes within Financial Health</li> <li>Ensure accurate reporting to third parties and regulators</li> <li>Build and maintain controls to ensure our business processes are running as intended&nbsp;</li> <li>Lead projects to improve the accuracy, efficiency and accessibility of our data</li> </ul> <p><strong>Locations &amp; flexible working&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Our main tech hub is in London, but our data teams are based all over the UK — from Brighton to the Western Isles.</p> <p>We love meeting in person, but there’s no pressure to come into the office, even if you’re nearby. We're great believers in powerful, real-time analytics and empowerment of the wider business. Our engineers collect analytics events from their microservices, and upload these into our Data stack for analysis.
