Kaufmännischer Sachbearbeiter Deko-Onlineshop (m/w/d)
Schöne Dinge fürs Zuhause – dafür steht der Logbuch-Verlag. Unsere Deko verkaufen wir über unseren Shopify-Shop und über Amazon, und hinter den Kulissen sorgt ein kleines, eingespieltes Team dafür, dass alles rundläuft. Genau da kommst du ins Spiel: Wir suchen jemanden, die die täglichen Abläufe zuverlässig in der Hand hat und sich gern durch unsere Systeme bewegt.
Aufgaben
- Artikeldaten, Preise und Bestände in Shopify und auf Amazon pflegen – sauber und aktuell
- Bestellungen erfassen, Zahlungseingänge prüfen und den Versand anstoßen
- Kundenanfragen per E-Mail beantworten und Reklamationen zuverlässig abwickeln
- In JTL (unserer Warenwirtschaft) und den angebundenen Systemen den Überblick behalten
Qualifikation
- Vor allem Zuverlässigkeit – man kann sich auf dich verlassen, auch bei Routine
- Freude (oder zumindest keine Scheu) daran, dich durch Masken und Systeme zu klicken
- Sicherer Umgang mit PC und Excel; genaues, strukturiertes Arbeiten
- Ein Plus: Erfahrung mit Shopify, JTL und/oder Amazon (Seller Central)
Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung ist willkommen, aber kein Ausschlusskriterium -wichtiger ist, dass du sorgfältig arbeitest und dich schnell in neue Tools einfindest.
