(CHC) Quality Controller -Manufacturing

* Cutting & Preparing Samples For Testing
* Mixing & Measuring Products
This is a hands-on role responsible for testing and checking products and materials throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are consistently achieved.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:
- Sample testing of manufactured products and materials
- Mixing and preparing plant/material samples for testing
- Measuring and checking products against required specifications
- Cutting and preparing samples for quality testing
- Recording test results accurately
- Entering quality information and results into computer systems
- Identifying and reporting products that fall outside specification
- Working alongside production staff to maintain quality standards
- Maintaining a clean and organised testing/work area
What We're Looking For
- Previous quality control, manufacturing, production or laboratory experience would be advantageous
- Confident using computers and entering accurate data
- Good measuring and basic numerical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Practical and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Self-driven and able to work independently without constant supervision
- Reliable, safety-conscious and committed to producing quality work
