What you'll be doing

Supporting our lawyers and legal team day to day, helping keep cases moving smoothly
Speaking with clients, answering questions, giving updates, and being a friendly, reassuring point of contact
Making sure our customer service is consistently excellent
Helping the team stay organised and on top of client communications
Getting stuck in wherever you're needed, and learning fast

What we're looking for

A warm, confident communicator who genuinely enjoys talking to people
Organised, reliable and proactive — you spot what needs doing and get on with it
Keen to learn about law, conveyancing and client management
Comfortable in a busy office and happy working as part of a team
No legal experience needed — just the right attitude and great people skills
