Zur Unterstützung unseres Standortes in Berlin suchen wir zu sofort eine engagierte und motivierte Filialleitung (m/w/d).
Seit mehr als 50 Jahren haben wir uns der Leidenschaft zum Automobil verschrieben. Eine emotionale Reise, die mit einer kleinen Filiale in Hamburg begann und uns bis heute zu einer Autohaus Gruppe mit insgesamt 9 Standorten in 4 Bundesländern führte. Mit unseren 5 NISSAN-Filialen bilden wir Hamburgs größten NISSAN-Händler und zählen seit 2020 zu den größten Maserati Vertragspartnern Europas. Seit 2021 sind wir KIA Vertragspartner und haben jüngst die Marken Isuzu, Corvette, Cadillac und Changan in unser Portfolio aufgenommen. Dennoch sind wir im Herzen ein Familienunternehmen!
Für unser exklusives Autohaus in Berlin suchen wir eine unternehmerisch denkende, vertriebsstarke und charismatische Filialleitung (m/w/d), die Führungskompetenz mit Leidenschaft für außergewöhnliche Automobile und einem ausgeprägten Gespür für anspruchsvolle Kunden verbindet.
Neben der Gesamtverantwortung für unseren Standort übernehmen Sie eine aktive Rolle im Fahrzeugverkauf und betreuen unsere Kunden persönlich, von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme über die individuelle Beratung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
Aufgaben
- Gesamtverantwortung für die operative und strategische Führung des Autohausstandortes
- Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des gesamten Filialteams
- Verantwortung für Umsatz, Ergebnis, Zielerreichung und wirtschaftliche Entwicklung
- Aktiver Verkauf von Fahrzeugen im Luxus- und Premiumsegment
- Persönliche Betreuung und Beratung anspruchsvoller Kunden auf höchstem Niveau
- Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen sowie eines exklusiven Kundenstamms
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien zur Steigerung von Absatz, Umsatz und Profitabilität
- Repräsentation des Autohauses und unserer Luxusmarken nach außen
- Aufbau und Pflege von Geschäfts- und Netzwerkbeziehungen
- Steuerung und Optimierung der Vertriebs- und Serviceprozesse
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Herstellerpartnern, Importeuren und internen Fachbereichen
- Sicherstellung höchster Qualitäts-, Marken- und Servicestandards
Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Automobilvertrieb, idealerweise im Premium- oder Luxussegment
- Im Idealfall Führungserfahrung im Autohaus, Vertrieb oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
- Ausgeprägtes Verkaufs- und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Unternehmerisches Denken sowie hohe Umsatz- und Ergebnisorientierung
- Souveränes, repräsentatives und verbindliches Auftreten
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Entscheidungsstärke und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sicherer Umgang mit Vertriebskennzahlen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; gute Englischkenntnisse
