Für einen der Top-Personaldienstleister in Deutschland suche ich für dessen Gebiet in Baden-Württemberg genau SIE als neue Gebietsleitung.

Aufgaben
- Führung aller in der Region vorhandenen Niederlassungen im Sinne der Unternehmensziele
- Unterstützung bei allen Fragen und Themen des täglichen beruflichen Alltags
- Coachen der vorhandenen Mitarbeiter
- Kontrolle bzgl. Zielerreichungen und Gegensteuermaßnahmen
- und vieles mehr
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personaldienstleistungsbranche in einer vergleichbaren Position als Area-Manager
