Produktmanager / Qualitätsmanager (m/w/d)
ARMSTARK vertreibt seit über 30 Jahren Whirlpools, Swim Spas, Infrarotkabinen und Saunen in Premium-Qualität. Außerdem stehen wir für außergewöhnlichen Service rund um unsere Wohlfühlprodukte – das hat sich herumgesprochen: Unser Familienbetrieb wächst und wir erweitern unser Netzwerk aus über 30 Niederlassungen in Deutschland und Österreich. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Produktmanager / Qualitätsmanager (m/w/d), der unsere Produkte aktiv weiterentwickelt, Verbesserungspotenziale erkennt und gleichzeitig sein Fachwissen praxisnah an unsere Mitarbeiter weitergibt.
Deine Aufgaben
Produktverbesserung & Produktweiterentwicklung
Kontinuierliche Analyse und Bewertung unserer Produkte hinsichtlich Qualität, Funktionalität und Optimierungspotenzial
Identifikation und Umsetzung von Produktverbesserungen und Weiterentwicklungen
Begleitung und Koordination von Optimierungsmaßnahmen in enger Abstimmung mit den relevanten internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern
Analyse von technischen Auffälligkeiten und wiederkehrenden Qualitäts- bzw. Produktthemen sowie Ableitung geeigneter Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
Mitarbeit bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Produkten
Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Dokumentationen, Produktinformationen und Präsentationen
Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Fragestellungen rund um Produkte, Qualität und technische Themen
Das bringst du mit
Eine abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit ausgeprägtem technischem Verständnis
Strukturierte, gewissenhafte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie Organisationsgeschick und Prozessverständnis
Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement, Qualitätsmanagement oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Umfeld
Freude daran, Produkte kritisch zu betrachten, Verbesserungspotenziale zu erkennen und Lösungen aktiv voranzutreiben
Freude an der Vermittlung von Wissen und ein sicheres, kommunikatives Auftreten bei Schulungen
Gute Kenntnisse im MS-Office-Paket
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
