About the role
We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help bring our EMEA marketing programs to life.
Working closely with the EMEA regional marketer and Propeller’s global marketing team, you’ll help turn our regional strategy into execution — launching campaigns, coordinating events and webinars, localizing global programs, and keep our marketing moving in EMEA.
This is an early-career role with broad exposure to B2B marketing and plenty of opportunity to learn. We’re looking for someone who’s organized, proactive, comfortable getting hands-on, and doesn’t need to be told every next step.
What you're accountable for
These are the domains that belong to this role. The work inside them will change as the business changes. What you own stays yours.
Events & webinars. Working from priorities set by the EMEA Marketing Manager, you’ll bring the moving parts together to deliver events and webinars that give prospects and customers a great experience and make sure interested prospects receive timely follow-up from Sales. You’ll coordinate the detail across speakers, vendors, registrations, materials, promotion, logistics, and lead capture, making sure each event is well prepared, runs smoothly, and is followed through afterwards.
Regional marketing support. You’ll help turn the EMEA marketing plan into activity that supports Sales and reflects what the region needs. By staying close to Sales and the market, you’ll help the team respond to requests, remove blockers, and make sure useful feedback shapes future campaigns and events.
Marketing coordination & operations. You’ll help the EMEA marketing stay on top of its plans and deliver consistently. By keeping campaigns, calendars, projects, and deliverables connected and up to date, you’ll give the team a clear view of what’s happening, what needs attention, and where support is needed. You’ll use our marketing tools and reporting to show what’s landing, from sign-ups and form fills to MQLs and event performance. Your work will help the team invest in the right activity, improve what isn’t working, and generate more opportunities for Sales across EMEA.
