Findex's New Zealand business is a genuine powerhouse — a network of offices with deep local roots, loyal clients, and some of our most experienced people. We're looking for a leader to take that strength even further: someone commercial, strategic, and genuinely people-focused, who can guide a team of Regional Leaders through change with respect, clarity and a good listening ear.
Reporting to our Executive Head of NZ, you will lead our Regional Leaders to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes for clients while building on the region's strong foundations and reputation.
Your role, your contribution
Lead and support a team of Regional Leaders across NZ, setting clear direction and building trust
Drive sustainable revenue growth through targeted business development and cross-division referrals
Navigate change thoughtfully — bringing people along with transparency, empathy and strong communication
Strengthen service standards and embed consistent ways of working aligned to our business plan priorities
Champion collaboration across the wider Findex network, partnering closely with other regions and service lines
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, balancing commercial outcomes with genuine care for your people

You are someone with:
Proven senior leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and set clear direction
A strategic, commercial mindset that aligns priorities and drives shared outcomes
Strong people leadership — genuinely respectful, and skilled at guiding teams through change
Experience leading leaders in a public practice or professional services environment
Strong stakeholder management and the ability to coordinate delivery across teams
