
Unqualified Planning Cover
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Unqualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our Planning Cover team at Bear Park Epsom.
As part of this close-knit team, you will work across all age groups, supporting our children as the permanent teams complete dedicated planning time. This is a part time position of 14 hours per week, and is ideal for those pursuing ECE teacher education.
With inspiration from Reggio Emilia, our teachers have a passion for inspiring wonder, creativity, imagination and investigation, fostering children's hundred languages and unravelling their theories alongside them. We offer below regulation ratios in all of our rooms and value the important role we play in our children's lives.
To be our new teacher you will have:
- Ability to build trusting, engaging and supportive relationships with children and colleagues
- Knowledge of the Reggio Emilia teaching philosophy
- Compassion and patience
