We're looking for reliable, hardworking Construction Labourers who enjoy physical, hands-on work and want to be part of a great team. Whether you've already worked in construction or you're looking to build your career in the industry, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll work across a variety of residential, commercial, and civil construction projects, supporting experienced tradespeople while gaining valuable on-site experience. Every day is different, so you'll need to be motivated, safety-conscious, and ready to get stuck in.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assisting tradespeople and site supervisors with daily site tasks
  • General labouring including site clean-up, material handling, and site preparation
  • Operating hand and power tools
  • Following health and safety procedures at all times
  • Helping keep worksites organised, safe, and productive

Hours

  • Monday to Friday (typically 7:00am–5:00pm)
  • Saturday work may be available depending on project requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Previous construction or labouring experience is preferred but not essential
  • Physically fit and capable of manual work
  • Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Able to follow instructions and work well within a team
  • Legal right to work in New Zealand
Bonus Points If You Have
  • A current Site Safe Passport
  • Experience using hand and power tools
Pre-employment Requirements
  • Successful applicants may be required to complete a pre-employment drug/ Alcohol test & criminal history check.
