We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join a production team of employers in Cambridge. The ideal candidate will have experience in hammer hand duties, labouring, building frames and trusses, and operating machinery.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the construction and assembly of frames and trusses
- Perform labouring tasks to support production processes
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Job Requirements
- Must have Previous experience in hammer hand, labouring or machine operation. Frame and Truss experience a bonus
- Must be physically fit with ability to lift 25kg+ consistently for 8-12 hours a day
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Must pass Pre-employment checks: drug test and MOJ check
