Forklift Driver

Rate: $27.00ph + Holiday Pay
Hours: Monday to Friday 5am to 1.30pm
Location: Highbrook, Auckland

We’re looking for an early bird that is confident, safety-led Forklift Operator with double-forks experience and solid SAP skills. You’ll be a visible safety champion on site while keeping stock moving accurately and on time. This role is working outdoors in all conditions loading and unloading trucks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example on safe behaviors, stop unsafe work, and keep the site clean, tidy and compliant.
  • Safely operate forklifts (including double forks) for loading and unloading trucks.
  • Count, confirm, and reconcile stock issued and returned; check for and document any damage.
  • Communicate promptly on stock discrepancies, damages, and operational issues.
  • Act with speed to meet customer expectations while maintaining safety and quality.
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with truck drivers.

About You

  • Proven experience as a forklift operator with relevant/current high-risk work license.
  • Demonstrated double-fork handling competency.
  • Strong understanding of Health and Safety regulations and safe systems of work.
  • Warehouse/storeperson experience, including receiving, put-away, picking, and dispatch.
  • Proficient SAP user (inventory/warehouse modules); accurate data entry skills.
  • Team player with clear, confident communication skills.
